TTT W20.S7

Rest day

Stormy day, so i did in the morning:
2sets
5' bike at 70%
5' row at 70%

Then, 20 minutes of full body stretch

My hamstrings, glutes and quads are very sore (DOMS)

Sleep: 8h straight
Mood: i'm starting to get a little anxious because this week will be full of things to do (i'll have to do the report from the research project i'm doing, reporting all work done during 2017, and at the same time i'll have to go to the lab start some new tests... :P ). These things, that are relatively 'normal', always jump start my anxiety... Stupid, i know, but...
