TTT W20.S6

40 minute outdoor bike 
3 minutes @ casual pace 
1 minute @ moderate effort 
Done! It was a mix of paved road and trail, so you can see that in the middle i couldn't do the interval as specified, because it was a technical downhill in a trail, but when i arrived at the pavement, i could do what you prescribed.
It was raining, but i was well dressed.
Yesterday's back squats and the bike left my quads all smashed. Probably due to the bike being a new stimulus (i didn't ride my bike for 1 year...)
