B. Behind the neck barbell front rack stretch hold; :30 x 5; rest 1:30
Done! From set to set the elbows got higher. Did this with the back against one post, in order not to compensate with the lumbar spine.

C. Goblet squat @55x1; 6-8 x 4; rest 2:00
1st and 2nd sets done with 28kg KB and 8 reps each
3rd and 4th sets also with 28kg KB but only 6 reps each
Limiter: Arms blew up holding the KB... Torso and legs were fine for the TUT

Slept well (8h), but still feel that i need to sleep more, to compensate the other night...
Mood is gradually being better :)
