TTT W14.S2

Today i was supposed to train only in the evening, but they re-scheduled the meeting to 2pm so i could train something in the morning, before the car trip...

Morning:
10' Bike @ easy (60CAL)
+
A) Sandbag carry upstairs 16/leg x 3set, rest 1' btw legs
first two sets with 40kg sandbag
last set with 60kg
+
B) Sandbag over the shoulder 8 alt x 3set, rest 2'
All done with 40kg... It made me sweat
+
C) Sandbag squat 10rep x 3set, rest 2'
first set with 40kg
Last two sets with 60kg
With 60kg it was a hard exercise :)

D) Sandbag bearhug carry 50m @40kg x 3set, rest 3'
Done! Felt a slight discomfort in my lower back. I think that it was related to bad posture and with the terrain having some slope, which made me lean forward/back.

20 minute walk  
Went for a walk to know the city and to go to the restaurant. It was chilly but no rain, so i think that i walked a little bit more than 20'

Slept fine! (8h)
Mood is much better!
