15-12-9 OHS (45kg)
30-24-18 Toes to bar
This one i knew that it should've been a sprint, but... i also knew that my TTB game was, certainly, crappy... So... No strategy, just listen to my body :P
OHS all done UB, but legs were a little wobbly from the previous FR walk lunges
30 TTB done in 10+10+5+5
24 TTB done in 5+5+5+5+4
18 TTB done in 6+6+6
Total time: 9'40
Crappy performance :P
The limiter here wasn't the breathing but the 'coordination' on TTB. On some of the sets of 5 i was doing them strict :P I think that, because of the elbow, i didn't do kipping for some while and got out of rhythm. And before you coached me, if i was already breathing heavily (during wod) and had to do TTB my midline didn't allowed me to do the TTB with consistency...

5' bike cooldown

Slept very well! (8h)
Mood: i feel getting better slowly. Today, also introduced some Brazil nuts (rich in selenium).
Bodyweight (morning): 79.7Kg

I'm so happy:
