I have some DOMS on my lumbar spine... probably due to the deadlifts.

Here, my interpretation of 90%, was a effort near max, but that allowed to be repeatable.

Mood is ok...
Since the introduction of 5g of glycine, on my post-workout shake, that i feel more relaxed... it seems that downshifts the CNS...
