Man... I was proud of making this one... When i looked at this wod, i was like... hummmm this one will sting.... and suck... :P But i could really handle it!

Alt db snatch done in muscle snatch :P they were easier than i thought... the first ones were power snatches but then started to do them in muscle

Sleep was restless because i hate needles :P and knowing that i'd have to take some blood... it freaks me out a bit :P p*ssy... i know :P
