Here i used the tip of 'internal torque' from Julien Pineau (it's in his strongfit youtube channel on sandbag carry). It made some positive improvements on my posture!

Afternoon wod with friends 


Loved the fact of being good weather and of training this different things on the outside!

I've already bought 3 sandbags from Strongfit (120lbs; 160lbs and 200lbs) which i can fill with the weight of sand that i want and slowly grow from there... I also talked to a friend that has the Strongfit course and is taking the coaches course and he advised me to initially play with 40 kg (overhead work), 60 kg (squats,...) and 80kg (carries,...).

In the meantime, i talked with a friend that sold me almost all of my equipment and he is expecting the yoke's to arrive in the end of this month.

Slept well (8h)
Mood is good today! The sun is very important to me, although i take vitamin D3 everyday (because i'm almost always in the office or in the lab :P ).
