A. Power clean and jerk technique work - let me know how this feels
20kg 1 +1 + 1 rep; 40kg 1 + 1 +1 rep; 50kg 1 + 1 rep; 60kg 1 + 1 rep; 70kg 1 + 1 rep; 80kg 1 rep
All weights felt solid. Didn't had any pain... Probably it was supposed to remain lighter but i got carried away :P

B. Depth jump; 3,3,3,3,3; rest 2:00
Started with 24'' and moved up until i got to 34''. This was the work height for all the 5 sets.

C. Strict press; 6-8 x 4; rest 2:00
20kg x 8 rep; 40kg x 8rep; 45kg x 8 rep x 3set; 50kg x 6rep x 1set

10 minute amrap:
30 double unders
10 alternating DB snatch (22.5kg)
Initial plan: 10 rounds
Did: 9rounds + 30DU + 7 alt DB snatch
Could do the 10 rounds but made two mistakes: in the 9th round did a bad transition on the db snatch, so did another rep to count, and in the 7th set tripped once on the DU...
In the end had my feet flooded with lactic acid.
