only barbell: 10/arm; barbell + 5kg bumper: 3 sets of 10rep/arm; left arm weaker; tried to maintain good posture with no shrugging.

B. Single arm, single leg DB/KB RDL; 10-12/leg x 3; rest 1:00 b/w legs
12/leg with 15kg DB. Done; nice weight for the reps

Tried my best to achieve a 'constant output' through the workout...
1st round: 7'03; 2nd round: 7'11; 3rd round: 7'24; 4th round; 7'14; 5th round: i had 1'08 on the clock so went to run... In that time i consider that i run 200m. The way back (other 200m) i jogged.
Although i try to pace from the beginning, it seems that i always start too hot :P
On the Bike i could maintain 288watt avg on every round
All exercises were unbroken.

Cooldown: 10' row @2'45 plus 10' of calves, hip, glutes, quads, hamstrings and bicep/tricep/forearm stretch.
Slept poorly today (was anxious with the lab work i had today... :P ) Although i was in bed for 8h30...
Mood was average.
