3x8+8kg; 3x12+12kg; 3x16+16kg; 6 sets of 3 with 20+20kg working set
For the prescribed tempo and reps 20+20kg was the heaviest maintaining good form.
Felt core and middle back working like crazy.

B. Banded psoas march; 3/leg x 5; rest 2:00
Didn't expect that this exercise was soooo good! Added a 3'' isometric hold in each rep (hope you don't mind)... always with the core braced and lower back flat. The core worked hard. Felt more difficulty holding the right leg flexed

10 minute amrap:
50 double unders
10 thrusters (35kg)
All thrusters were unbroken. Tried to slow down the pace and focus on breathing well. The first two sets were easy, even the thrusters.
1st and 2nd rounds the DU were UB, then on the 3rd, 4th and 5th did 25+25DU because of the breathing, the 6th 50 DU UB.
Did 5 rounds + 50DU + 3 Thr

10' bike cooldown and some stretch on calves, hips and mobility on forearms/elbow/tricep/bicep.
Slept well (8h). Mood average.
Like yesterday, today i also ended training like i could continue... It's a big difference from what i was used to. Usually i had 2+ hours of training, and felt completely tired when leaving the box, not the case now...
