10' Bike warmup

A1. Serratus anterior wall slide; 3 reps x 5; rest :30 
A2. Yoga push up; 3 reps x 5; rest :30 
A3. Crossover step up @41x1; 3/leg x 5; rest 2:00 
Done. On A1 left side was tighter than right one; Did A3 to bench and it was a nice combo of glute+quad work

B1. Single leg eccentric only pistol; 2/leg x 4; rest :30 
B2. Prone PVC lift off; 3 reps x 4; rest :30 (5s hold)
B3. Passive hang from pull up bar; :10 x 4; rest :30  
Done. B1 4'' ecc; B2 was somehow 'hard' to hold the 5''; B3 no prob - no pain in elbow

C1. Hollow body hold; :20 x 5; rest :10 
C2. Arch body hold; :20 x 5; rest :10 
This was a sneaky finisher :P Ended sweating...

Did a ROMWOD "don't fold under pressure"

Sleep was average (anxious with work), but was in bed for 8h30.
Mood today is ok.
Feeling ok also :)
