TTT W2.S5

Maintained a pace in the row around 2'00 - 2'05
Thrusters were broken in 8+7 in every round... In the graph above you can see the two little mountains that thrusters created in my heart rate... Felt limited by my breathing and quad/feet burning... This movement was always hard for me.
Bar facing burpee and box jumps i could maintain a steady pace, as you can see above.

In the graph, you can easily identify the movements versus the heart rate.

Last night i woke up 3-4 times but fell asleep again (around 8h in bed). Didn't woke up completely refreshed. In the myfitnesspal log i just ate 200g of carbs versus the 250g i was eating... Don't know if influenced (the increase in carbs could lower my cortisol, i'm a stressed guy :P although i try my best to take supplements and relax).
Mood today was average.
