TTT W2.S4

A. Close grip bench press @30x1; build to a 1rm 
20kg/5; 30kg/3; 40kg/2; 50kg/1; 61kg/1; 71kg/1; 81kg; 91kg/1 PR rested 2-3' btw sets, no pain in elbow

30 minute bike for max cals 
Initial objective i had mentally was 300cal (10cal per minute)
At the 15' mark i had 187cal and at the 20' mark had 251cal
I was able to maintain the pace at around 36.1- 36.8 Km/h, and i consider that as my threshold, because at this pace i was able to breathe well, when i increased to 37.4Km/h the breathing went out of control.
The quads were sore (DOMS) from yesterday's wallballs but i could sustain the effort :)

Had the quads sore from yesterday...
Slept relatively well, woke up at around 4am, but got back to sleep, and slept around 8h
Mood is ok also
