10 deadlifts (135lbs=61kg)
20 wall balls
30 double unders
Limiters: I think i went a little hot on the first round... The wallballs should be broken from 1st set in 10's;
Deadlift: felt limited by my lower back (yesterday's effort on 1RM?);
DU feet with lactic acid, heavy legs and breathing;
Wallball: breathing, lactic acid in feet and quads, this exercise, for now, is the only one that gives a little burning sensation in the elbow.
I was hoping to do 5 rounds, but even DUnders felt weird today... :P
Curious to know your evaluation at the end of the week, Ryne :)

Prone trap 3 raise; 10-12/arm x 3; rest 1:00 b/w arms – film a set on each arm from side
Did it with 3kg. tried 5kg but it would be too hard for 10-12rep. Felt more difficult on my left side.
Slept good (8h), woke up rested. Mood is good. :)
