Done. 77+50+50+50 = 227reps. Tried to do more UB on 1st set (it was an error), i should have broken in sets of 50...
Limiters: breathing and calves
E. Wall ball; max unbroken
Did 35 reps. Limiters: breathing and burning quads.
Medball 10kg to 2.85m (max ceiling height that allows the wallball: calculating the work made: crossfit Rx 3.05m target and 9kg W=27.45joule; here: W=2.85*10kg=28.5joule, so although it isn't the same thing, work-wise its similar (acceleration constant)) geek stuff :P
F. Bar facing burpee; 10 minute amrap
Tried to pace it from beginning, and i think that i hit it. Did 126 Bar facing burpee. Did the 1st 100 in 7'58''. Maintained continuous work with no breaks, accelerated in the final minute but didn't had more gas to give:
Had some problems with my intestines after yesterdays training (bloat and more things ... :P ). When i have that kind of max efforts (eg 500m row) my body reacts this way...
Had a good amount of carbs (rice and oats) in the dinner and the before-bed snack. Slept super well, 8h, and woke up rested.
Feel the need for tomorrow's rest-day. If weather allows, i'll walk in the morning.
Mood is good, but really need the day off. Happy with this first tests :)
