Rest day
Did a 5km trail walk in the morning, after breakfast.
Slept well (8h). Mood is ok too.
From yesterdays training, have the adductors and left glute sore. Did some mobility, especially in the right forearm/tricep: elbow feeling better, but still with some pain.
Tomorrow, very early in the morning, i'll have a meeting... Let's see if i can sleep the regular 8h.
