Initial sets could do the 10 TTB unroken, but prefered to do 5+5 and maintain it start to finish. Last sets the grip and midline started (with heavier brething) to fail. Did the wod in a sustainable pace, and in the end could talk to my brother.
Sleep is way better than last week, but although i'm feeling better i'm not at 100% (i think...). When the weights approach my PRs, my mental side plays tricks on me and i start to get doubt inside my head and my body says that the barbell is too heavy :P
