B. Push Press 1RM, then -20% for 3
20k/3; 30k/2; 40k/2; 50k/1; 60k/1; 70k/1; 80k/1 RPE9; 72k/3; belt on top set; the final set should have been -20% but i did -10% didn't saw it right :P

Sleep has been ok, but todays training left me tired. Once again, i don't feel the top sets any easier... Is it a mind problem? physical? ...?
