A. OH Squats 3'' pause 1RM, then -20% for 2 set of 3 no pauses

i could do more weight but it was my limit for the elbow pain

B. Push Press 1RM, then -20% for 2 sets of 3reps
20k/3; 40k/1; 50k/1; 60k/1; 70k/1; 80k/1 RPE8; 70k/3 for 2 set; belt on top sets

Sleep today was bad... Hard to fall asleep and woke up 2 times during the night, for no apparent reason... Ended yesterday's training at 7:20pm was in bed at 12:30am.
Overall feel of tiredeness. If you said to me: do 10' max cal on the FwB, i couldn't dig in...
