W7.S4

A. OH Squats 1st rep paused 3 sec 3RM, then -10% for 2x3 with pauses (top set less 12kg than last week but RPE 8)
20k/3; 30k/3; 40k/3; 50k/3; 60k/3 RPE8; 55k/3 x 2 with pauses (took 18'); no belt and no oly lift shoes

B. Push Press 3RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 3 (top set less 12kg than last week but RPE8)
20k/3; 30k/3; 40k/3; 50k/3; 60k/3 RPE8; 55k/3 x 2 (took 18'); no belt

Here the strategy was to find a pace that allowed to do all the work unbroken. The time to beat (from 6 months ago) was 7'58''... PR'ed by 41'' LOL If i was feeling ok, could shave some seconds! Did all Unbroken, but pace it really well in the situps because of the breathing.

After the WOD, the weather was good, so i trail walked 30' at a very easy pace, focused on breathing.

Continue with symptoms of the cold (cough, mucus in the nose, ...), so lowered the RPE of the exercises to RPE 8 at MAX.

Slept poorly last night, but a little better than the night before
