W7.S5

A. Front Squats 4RM 2'' pause each rep, then -10% for 2 sets of 4 no pauses (top set less 12kg than last week)
20k/.; 40k/4; 50k/4; 60k/4; 70k/4 RPE8; 60k/4; 60k/4 (no belt and no oly shoes)

B. Clean DL 3''pause 2'' above floor 5RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 5 no pauses
60k/3; 80k/5; 90k/5; 100k/5 RPE8; 90k/5; 90k/5 (used straps in all sets and no belt)

C. Bodyweight Lunges 200m
Done (100m UB + 100m UB)

Today's wod was for getting the blood flowing, didn't row hard (average 145m per 30'' and sustainable)

Last night was really bad in terms of sleep. Woke up every hour... One minute i felt hot, in the other i felt cold...
The cold is finally getting out of the way. Some cough but much less than yesterday.
Hope this bad training days are coming to an end :P
