Worked on pistols like last week. My elbow is getting better, so i didn't wanted to hurt it more.
B. Prowler work (increased +5kg from last week)
4 Set
Forward sled drag 25m @45kg+prowler
Backward sled drag 25m @45kg+prowler
rest 60'' btw each set
Rest 5'
2 Set
10 Forward walk and press @45kg+prowler
10 Backward walk and row @45kg+prowler
Could do all the work without great elbow pain
Rest and lunch
Afternoon WOD with friends (something easy, like last week :P )
Finally had a good night of sleep...! Maybe it was the McFlurry i ate before bed :P LOL
I'm having less symptoms of the cold.
