W7.S3

A. Hang Clean from knee 3RM, then -10% for 2 set of 3 (+1kg than last week but top set less 9kg)
23k/3; 33k/3; 43kg/3; 53k/3; 63k/3; 73k/3 (used belt) RPE9;
Legs were refusing to drop down to receive barbell in squat... tried to receive in power. Elbow hurt too much in front rack in the squat receiving position, so didn't do the two last sets.

B. Jerk from rack 3'' pause in dip and 3'' pause in reception 1RM, then -20% for 2 set of 2 with pauses (+1kg in all sets than last week but top set less 13kg than last week)
24k/1; 34k/1; 44k/1; 54k/1; 64k/1; 70k/1 RPE8+; 64k/2; 64k/2; belt only in last sets.
Felt without leg explosion. Elbow hurted but i could stand it.

C. Core Muscular Balance
3 Set
1a. 45''+ 45'' (L/R) SA KB OH Carries fat grip @12.5kg RPE 8 (lowered the weight because of elbow. In this position it hurt)
1b. 45'' Bilateral Farmer carry @35+35kg RPE 8+
Done. Weights were ok for the time under tension...

D. Met Con
Amrap 10'
10 Thrusters (switched barbell at 43kg for two DB 12,5kg each - less pain in the elbow)
20 Burpees over the bar
3 rounds and 10 DB THR
SOOOOOOOOO slowwwwwwwwwwwww... Almost unbearable... My mind wanted to give up before the clock started. Had to grind it through

Slept poorly, sweat all night but no fever
Continue with the cold
My body just wants to be in bed
Had to force me to train
I'm feeling sad for being so down
