A. Snatch Grip Push Press Behind Neck 3RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 3 (increased 1kg in each set from last week, but top set was 3kg lower)
20k/3; 24k/3; 34k/3; 44k/3; 54k/3; 64k/3; 74k/3; 80k/3 RPE9; 72k/3; 72k/3 no belt (took 18') Felt with low leg explosion to send barbell up

B. Bench Press 5RM, then -10% for 5 (increased 1kg from last week in all sets, but top set was 3 kg lower)
24k/5; 34k/5; 44k/5; 54k/5; 64k/5; 70k5 RPE9; 63k/5 (took around 14'); beltless; Same as previous exercise... felt without explosion

C. Upper Muscular Balance
3 Set (lowered 1 set from last week and increased 1 rep in each from last week)
1a. Strict chest to RINGS PU 8 reps (with neutral grip had less elbow pain)
1b. Ring dip strict 8 reps 
1c. KB high pull 8 reps @32kg
Done. All UB, circuit style

My initial game plan was: 2'00/500m for the row (8'00 total), 10-8-7 TTB; AirSq UB; Situp UB; Pushup 15+10, Run 800m around 4'00;

What happened: 2000m row no problem @1'54 avg/500m; mid line hard to engage with heavy breathing, so TTB 10-5-5-5; AirSq UB; Situp UB; Pushup 15+10; Run at a sustainable pace; total time 15'34 less 20'' than last time.

I continue to feel tired without energy and i'm with a cold (the weather is hot during the day and very cold at night, many people around me are with colds). The weights feel heavy, my elbow continues to hurt (a little less), knees and shoulders are also sore, but somehow beated my previous "WOD_A" time by 20''.
