B. Hang Snatch from knee 3RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 3 (increased 1kg in all sets, but less 8kg in the top set than last week)

Barbell felt heavy right when i deadlifted it from the floor. Since the start of the exercise that my legs tried to power snatch instead of doing the squat snatch... Had to visualize all the movement to tell the body what to do. To spare my grip used straps from 41kg forward.
C. Back Squats 1st rep 3''pause 5RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 5 with pauses (increased 4kg from last week in each set but the top set decreased 6kg)
24k/5; 44k/5; 54k/5; 64k/5; 74k/5; 84k/5; 94k/5 RPE9; 85k/5; 85k/5 (belt on 94kg)
Felt heavy out of the bottom and had to grind a little the last rep on 84 and 94kg

Started to feel my throat a little sore.
I'm forcing myself to train. Feel slow and weak.
