Today, had some pain in the inside of my right elbow, so had to use straps in the clean DL, to take some pressure from my grip.
Adjusted the Metcon (jumping PU and ring rows) as they would hurt my elbow. The rower was switched by the assault because my brother was here with me and was using the rower.
I'm feeling really tired and drained. Sleep isn't so bad, but continue to wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry.
