A. OH Squats 1st rep paused 3 sec 3RM, then -10% for 2x3 with pauses (top set less 8kg than last week)
22k/3; 32k/3; 42k/3; 52k/3; 62k/3; 72k/3 RPE9+; 65k/3 x 2 with pauses (took 22'); only used belt at the top set

B. Push Press 3RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 3 (top set less 3kg than last week)
22k/3; 32k/3; 42k/3; 52k/3; 62k/3; 72k/3 RPE9+; 65k/3 x 2 (took 20'); only used belt in the top set

A and B felt sloppy and tired. My legs had no explosion and overhead stability was sloppy.

In the wod i was expecting a sub 10' time (around 1'45'' per round), but felt without gas. Couldn't go any faster, because i felt really drained and the barbell, with only 43kg, was super heavy today... (4 M Snt + 1 M Snt and 5 OHSq + burpees slow but steady)

Slept poorly again, and woke up at 3am to eat a Skyr. I'm feeling really tired and beat up :P
