A. Technique work gymnastics
Worked on pistols. Opted to rest my elbow, when i did some PU felt like a burning sensation near the inside of the elbow and didn't wanted to offend it more.
Last night started to massage it with a TENS unit that i have.
B. Prowler work (increased +5kg from last week)

Forward sled drag 25m @40kg+prowler
Backward sled drag 25m @40kg+prowler
rest 60'' btw each set
Rest 5'
2 Set
10 Forward walk and press @40kg+prowler
10 Backward walk and row @40kg+prowler
Could do all the work without great elbow pain

Afternoon WOD with friends (something easy :P )

This has been a HARD week. I'm feeling drained, beat up and always hungry :P psychologically it's hard to see the weights lowering for the same RPE. My only joy for this weeks work was the Nancy PR, but from that day onward i felt even more drained... LOL
Let's hope i can recover well this weekend.
