work: 40kgx8 across; PUs: 12; 10; 10; 10 (RPE9 last set) The first 5 reps of each set of PUs were easy

C1. Floor assisted ring dip; 8-10 x 3; rest 1:00 
C2. Barbell upright row; 12-15 x 3; rest 1:00 
Did C1 with band assistance for 10 reps across (see photo)
C2 with 22.5kg for 15 reps across. This was the ideal weight

D. Flat bench powell raise @3011; 8-10/arm x 3; rest :30 b/w arms 
Done with 7.5kg 10/arm. Nice weight RPE8/8+

Sleep: total crap... very anxious with today's work at the lab :P
Mood: felt tired... but it's normal... Even so, i'm not that bad, anxious but looking forward positive.
