Weights felt very heavy, although technique was ok

B. Three point DB row; 10-12/arm x 4; rest 1:00 b/w arms

Very tired and with no strength. Did the workout because i believe in you as my coach...!

Sleep: woke up 3 times during the night to pee
Mood is shitty... I'm really upset with this....

Continue to have running nose, crying eyes, but no diarrhea
