45 minutes @ EN1: - heart rate must stay below 130 
15 cal AB 
25' horse walk 
25' high hip bear crawl 
15 cal row 
25' crab walk 
25' duck walk
Done! 6 rounds and 18cal on the AB (the time was ending so i continued on the bike)

10 minute continuous box breathing drills, focusing on filling the diaphagm and full exhalation per breath 
Done! started with 5+5+5+5'' and ended with 8+8+8+8''. It relaxed me!

Slept much better (8h). Only woke up 1 time the whole night.

Mood is improving
