TTT W17.S4

Changed (again) the sequence, in order to be able to do the walking portion during the day, because the days have been beautiful (rain and bad weather are coming again :P). Did a 35' walk in the woods

A1. Counterbalance cossack squat; 2/side x 5; rest :30 
A2. Kipping swing; 6 reps x 5; rest :30 
A3. Tall kneeling scap circle; 2/direction x 5; rest 1:00 - both shoulders at same time 
Done! My shoulders forgot how to kip, but now they are remembered.

B1. Supine pvc lat pull over stretch w/ supine grip; 8 reps x 5; rest :30 
B2. Heel walk; 8-10/leg x 5; rest :30 
B3. Toe walk; 12-15/leg x 5; rest :30 
Done! Felt the stretch really doing its thing

C1. Ostrich walk; 10m x 3; rest :30 
C2. Thoracic bridge; 3/side x 3; rest :30 
C3. Duck walk; 10m x 3; rest :30 
C4. Inch worm; 10m x 3; rest 2:00

My lower back has been sore for the whole day... Yesterday's deadlifts probably doing their magic :P

Sleep: Today it was shitty... woke up 3 times... The only reason that i find is related with: the intesity of the effort on the deadlifts, or the intensity i put down in the wod (or both... )

Mood is ok!
