80 kg sandbag. All done unbroken. It was a nice weight for the meters. In the end my lower back was sore LOL
Probably i have to change a little my technique... "Most people will feel their lower back explode on this exercise due to switching to External Torque too much (I see this in also way too many exercises). This is another way the Sandbag Carry is great for you as it will teach you not to switch to ET as soon as you feel discomfort. There is a very important lesson there, and not just for training." 1st round: 30+20m
2nd, 3rd and 4th: 50m UB
5th round: 25m+25m
The short rest time didn't allowed for full recovery
It really drained me, this one!
Need to buy some farmer carry handles... This method that i have is on its limit...

C. Single arm bottom's up KB carry; 25m/arm x 5; rest :30 b/w arms
Done with 12kg KB; left arm a little weaker.
After the farmer carry my grip was destroyed :P, which made this exercise even harder.
