10' Bike warmup and general mobility

A. Alternating front rack reverse lunge off 3" riser; 6-8/leg x 3; rest 2:00

Right leg was the limiter. When doing the exercise with my right leg felt more glute than when i was doing the exercise with left leg.

B. Seated behind the neck snatch grip press; 8-10 x 3; rest 1:30
20kgx10; 30kgx10; 32kgx10; 33kgx10
With 33kg it was hard to do the 10 rep... it was a kind of 10RM

C. Half kneeling bottom's up KB press; 8-10/arm x 3; rest :30 b/w arms
8kgx10/arm; 12kgx10/arm x 3set
Doing the exercise with left arm was harder than with the right one. In the last set did 10reps with right arm and 8+2rep with left arm

15 cal row
30 double unders
initial plan: around 6rounds, with +/- 90''/round
Did: 7rounds + 1 cal
Always breathing deep and controlled, and when i was on the DUs i mentally tried to force a good breathing without doing them in apnea.
