A. Strict pull up; perform 10-20 singles
Done! Focused on engaging lats
Did a Every 30'' for 10' do 1x strict PU = 20 singles
First few reps a slight burn in elbow, but when i do the PU engaging the lats that discomfort goes away. Happy for being able to do this without pain!

B. Single arm DB OHS practice - 10 minutes - film a few
7.5kgx5/arm; 10kg x5/arm; 12.5kg x5/arm; 15kg x5/arm; 22.5kg x3/arm; 30kg x2/arm

7 minute amrap box jumps - step down
Went into this without a plan. Just wanted to beat my previous result of 110rep! Only thing was: "listen to my body, and don't push it above the threshold where i can sustain the work".
Did: 30 reps UB, annotated the result, did more 30reps UB, annotated again the result, 30reps UB, annotated again the result, and pushed where i could and got 37reps. Feet were burning and quads were also burning.
Total: 127rep (+17 than before)

C. Flat bench powell raise @3011; 8-10/arm x 3; rest 1:00 b/w arms
5kg x 8/arm; 7.5kg x8/arm; 10kg x10/arm x2set; 12.5kg x8/arm. This was my real limit here 8RM with a little wiggle...
