Mood is ok... Sad after today's training.
I'm very sad with today's performance!! Front squat stalled, 2k row the same time +/-... I'm sad because i've been training everyday, taking care of nutrition, dealing my best with stressors, and even though all is aligned, i'm not improving... :(
