TTT W8.S6

A. Passive hang from bar; :15 hang x 12; rest :45 
Done!
Felt the lats tight and the serratus area. Mainly on my right side

B. Underhand banded pull apart w/ low tension; 15 reps x 3; rest 1:00 
Done! Slight pinch in the front shoulder, but nothing that i consider important.

C. Seated elbow on knee db ext shoulder rotation; 8-10/arm x 3; rest :30 b/w arms 
7.5kg x 10rep; 10kg x 10 rep x 3set
10kg was my limit weight for the 10 reps

D1. Back squat; 3,3,3,3; rest :20 - 75% 
D2. Thruster; 8 ub x 4; rest :20 - moderate weight, no pausing to finish set
D3. Wall ball; :90 amrap x 4; rest 3:00 
Mannnnnnn this was hard! AHAHAHAHAH

1st set: 10+10+10 = 30wallball
2nd set: 10+10+10 = 30wb
3rd: 10+10+10 = 30wb
4th set: 11+10+10 = 31wallball

The 3rd and 4th sets were hard. This type of effort is really one of, what i consider, my weakness
