Done! Very nice variation. 1st got more work doing the wall climb for each rep, then felt that i had a better posture and finally, much less 'chest press' in the last reps.

B. Single arm ring row; 4-6/arm x 4; rest 1:00 b/w arms
Done! 6/arm No problem, no elbow pain :)

C. Prone trap 3 raise; 8-10/arm x 3; rest :30 b/w arms
Done! 10/arm with 3kg DB. Felt lower trap burning, and the exercise got 'easier'

D. Half kneeling low to high banded woodchop; 6/side x 3; rest :30 b/w sides
Done! Core and glutes on fire

Disappointed with these intervals today :( My mind wanted to give up several times... Quads and breathing limited, and felt heavy... It felt that i couldn't go 'there'...
Slept poorly last night.... Always waking up... Restless...
Mood today was blurry. Felt sleepy all day... Let's hope that tonight i get some quality sleep.
