TTT W4.S6

A. Broad jump; 2,2,2,2,2,2; rest :90 
Done. All jumps between 2 and 2.25m
Had a slight pain in my left calf

B. Push press w/ 2s pause overhea + push jerk + split jerk; 5 complexes; rest 2:00 
20kg 1 set; 40kg 1 set; 50kg 1 set; 60kg 3 sets; 65kg 1 set; 70kg 1set (this was my max on this complex)
Because i was with that slight pain in my left calf, i realized that i've been using the tip of my feet to propel the bar up... To avoid pain, i had to 'seat' more on my heels and use the quads, with this, i realized that: the bar goes up more vertical and it is easier... If i didn't had that 'pain' i wouldn't realize that i was so on the tip of the feet.......

C. Snatch grip deadlift @40x1; 6-8 x 4; rest 2:00 - use straps if you have them 
6 reps 40kg; 6reps 50kg; 8rep 60kg and then 70kg for the working sets at 8reps...
It was hard but had good posture. Felt quads, glutes (sore from yesterday) and lower back/core working hard.

It was raining but did this like you told me. The rest times were on point... My glutes/legs continued to get beated down AHAHAHAH

In the afternoon i'll have my friends. When we do the wod i'll post it here

Slept 9h really well :)
