TTT W4.S5

A. Bulgarian ring row @41x0; 6-8 x 4; rest 2:00 
Done! No prob in the elbow :)

60kg x 10 x 1 and 65kg x 10 x 3
65kg is my max weight for 10 rep while maintaining a good posture... In the last 2 reps i start to try using the posterior chain

8 front rack lunge/leg (40kg)
12 russian kbs (24kg)

Had the legs smashed from the cyclist squats sooooo when i looked to the wod, i knew that i had to pace it well (lunges)
Did 1 power clean and 8 lunges left leg, bar to the floor 3 full breaths, power clean and 8 lunges right leg
KB unbroken and 'rest' while breathing well to 'recover'
1'17; 1'47 (smashed the barbell into my shin in the lunge transition and got blood :P ); 1'29; 1'39; 1'32; 1'13
TOTAL: 9'17

Slept pretty bad... My heart was racing and i couldn't calm down... Worried with todays work at the lab unmoulding some of the mortars i produced last week... but all went well.

Mood is ok :)
