Went too hot in the beginning because it was easy (43km/h), then around the 4' mark legs started to burn and breath went out of control... Grinded until the end.

Last night slept well (8h). Woke up at 3am for no apparent reason, but went to sleep again and woke up recharged.
The pain in the elbow is also caused by my tricep (inflammed), so i'm massaging it and doing TENS. Getting better!
