Only used straps in 70kg set. When weight approaches 70k i start to feel the bar heavy and mentally blocks me... I have to tell myself: i can OHSq 90kg for reps and pull to chest 90kg no problem, this is easy :P

When i finished the training for the day, felt like didn't trained at all... That's a weird feeling...
Slept well and the cold is almost gone. Elbow hurts a little...
