Last time i've done it was in 25/08/2017.
Had the initial objective to shave 35'' from the 14'45 of the last time, so i had to average 2'50'' in each round.
Today didn't felt very good... without explosion, don't know if the GHR from yesterday took its toll (today i had glutes and hamstrings with DOMS), and was a little down because didn't reach the objective weights in A and B...
Rested 15' after the 'circuit' and ate a small white sugar packet (8grams) to give some energy to the system...
Started Nancy and felt 'good'. Ended the first round in 2'20'' and was really surprised, continued to maintain a threshold pace but the running started to hurt from round 3 onwards with the quads 'burning' being the limiting factor, more than the 'lack of oxygen'.
The OHSqs were UB but done in clusters of 5reps
Done Nancy in a new PR of 13'58'' (less 47'' than last time)
Although the training started poorly i'm very happy with this new PR! Last night woke up every 3hours...
