B. Hang Snatch from knee 3RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 3
20kg/3; 30k/3; 40k/3; 50k/3; 60k/3; 65k/3; 70k/3 (failed the OHSq see video); 70kg/3 (failed stabilization last rep) (straps from 60kg forward) RPE9+; 63k/3; 63k/3.
The top sets weren't 'hard' although i failed... It felt like the first two reps cleared all the 'gas' i had for the last one.
C. Back Squats 1st rep 3''pause 5RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 5 with pauses
20k/5; 40k/5; 50k/5; 60k/5; 70k/5; 80k/5; 90k/5; 100k/5 RPE9+; 90k/5; 90k/5 (belt from 90kg up); tried to focus on the best form possible, and although the weights were 'light' it hurt. I still not like my form above 90 kg...
