A. Front Squats 4RM 2'' pause each rep, then -10% for 2 sets of 4 no pauses
20k/4; 30k/4; 40k/4; 50k/4; 60k/4; 70k/4; 80k/4; 90k/4 (this one with belt) RPE9; 80k/4; 80k/4 (took 22')

B. Clean DL 3''pause 2'' above floor 5RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 5 no pauses
20k/5; 40k/5; 50k/5; 60k/5; 70k/5; 80k/5; 90k/5; 100k/5 (this set used straps) RPE8+; 90k/5; 90k/5 (took 24' and didn't use belt)

C. Bodyweight Lunges 300m
Done (100m UB + 100m UB + 50m UB + 50m UB)

D. Barbell rollouts
4 sets of 10 reps each. Done! Took this from the wod because my brother was training with me today and this way i had more space.

I'm ok. I've been sleeping better. I'm also surprised with the amount of work i've been handling, and my body continues to respond! (i don't use, or ever used, any kind of PEDs  :P).
