A. Snatch Sotts press 5RM
20k/5; 25k/5; 30k/5; 35k/5; 40k/5

B. Hang Snatch from knee 3RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 3
20kg/3; 30k/3; 35k/3; 40k/3; 45k/3; 50k/3; 55k/3 (no straps until 55k); 60k/3; 65k/3 RPE 7+; 60k/3; 60k/3

C. Back Squats 1st rep 5''pause 5RM, then -10% for 2 sets of 5 no pauses
20k/5; 40k/5; 50k/5; 60k/5; 70k/5; 80k/5; 90k/5; 81k/5; 81k/5 all beltless; tried to focus on the best form possible, and although the weights were 'light' it hurt.

10 Axle hip thrusts @60kg
10 over the bar burpee
