A. HS hold and HS walk technique work 20'
Done. Started with some drills to the wall. More stable on the holds and more consistent on walks (not more than 2m).

B. 4 Set
Prowler work
25m @85kg (high)
25m @65kg (low)
rest 90'' btw each set
Done. Increased the weight 5kg.
This was very hard work...

Las night had again some trouble to fall asleep. I feel, overall, good during the day, but with less will to train
