My limiter here (i think) was the burn in feet and in quads. The FSq and lunges didn't help either LOL

I'm a little bit tired... Last night layed down at midnight, but it was really really hard to fall asleep and woke up 3 times during the night to pee. The 5k row took its toll. Didn't recovered well from yesterday but despite all this, made PR in Karen :D

FSq 6RM with 80kg (RPE7+) and with 90kg (RPE9)
