Done. Started with some drills to the wall PR walked 2m (+1m than last week PR of 1m) with HS hold halfway to gather some balance

It was hard today... The prowler work is made in a dirt trail so it is difficult to glide...
Week 2 Done. A little bit tired. Happy with the PR of today and Nancy time of yesterday.
